I want to include a one-line English translation, and then I’ll ask how best I can help—whether they need source/context, a short summary with background, social post copy, or a discussion on the effectiveness of a regimen with examples. I’ll keep it informal and straightforward, avoiding any complex formatting or file references since it’s a casual one-off.
